Our Office of Disability Inclusion (ODI) leads strategy and initiatives aimed at driving an inclusive workplace while helping the firm aspire to be a bank of choice for people with disabilities. ODI’s focus areas include driving small business growth and entrepreneurship, community development and financial inclusion of people with disabilities.
